Indexing is not the same as page quality
The full-web indexing checklist asks whether URLs entered Baidu, Bing, Google, and AI crawlers.
This article covers the other half: whether each page is structured so search snippets and answer engines can understand and cite it. GULINGLE runs this as a default deliverable in SEO / AEO / GEO services, and on gulingle.cn itself.
1. Eight signals every page must pass
| Signal | Healthy | Common failure |
|---|---|---|
| Title | ~20–32 Chinese chars / ≤ 60 Latin chars | Brand suffix pushes truncation |
| Description | ~70–160 chars with who + what | Slogan only |
| H1 | One H1 aligned with intent | Multiple H1s in the hero |
| Canonical | Single https URL | HTTP / www mix |
| hreflang | zh-CN + en + x-default |
Missing on English pages |
| OG | og:title + og:image |
Blank social cards |
| JSON-LD | Type matches page (Service / FAQ / Article) | Org only, no page schema |
| Breadcrumbs | BreadcrumbList matches hierarchy | Service landings missing crumbs |
2. Checks by page type
Home
Organization + WebSite + legal name; sameAs to real profiles; description states what you do and for whom.
Service landings
Service + FAQPage; CTA to contact with service= preset; related blog cluster links.
FAQ / intent
FAQPage + Speakable; real questions; answers lead with a conclusion, then steps; keep /llms.txt in sync.
Blog
BlogPosting + cover OG; in-article FAQ; CTA to the matching service; complete content_en for bilingual posts.
Long advisory pages
Service schema + clear “no promised outcomes” boundaries; breadcrumbs Home → section → page; same product name in nav and home teaser.
3. Five extra AEO / GEO checks
/llms.txtand/llms-full.txtinclude brand, services, FAQ entry.- Intent index on
/faqmatches llms Q&A. - Display name aligns with the legal entity narrative.
- sameAs points to live social / maps profiles — fill after you publish.
- Off-site mirrors (Zhihu / WeChat) link “read original” back to the blog URL.
